“Digital Humanities, AI Literacy, and the Historical Profession”

Dr. Ermus earned her PhD in European History from Florida State University. She is the author of The Great Plague Scare of 1720 (Cambridge U. Press, 2023) and the co-author of Epidemics: A Global History (forthcoming, U. California Press, 2025). She is the co-founder of the open-access online journal Age of Revolutions and co-producer of the curated collection Liberté, Eqalité, Fraternité: Exploring the French Revolution.
