Geetha Madhuri Papineni

Assistant Textbook Affordability Coordinator


Geetha Madhuri Papineni is the Assistant Textbook Affordability Coordinator at the University of Florida’s Center for Teaching Excellence, where she supports initiatives that enhance access to affordable course materials and improve student learning outcomes. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at UF.
 
Before joining UF, Geetha worked as a software engineer across multiple organizations, building scalable systems, enhancing user experiences and developing data-driven solutions. Her experience spans backend development, AI-powered tools and full-stack applications, with a focus on improving efficiency and engagement.
 
Originally from India, she holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology and has been actively involved in technical communities and event leadership. Outside of her academic and professional work, Geetha is a trained Kuchipudi dancer who enjoys reading and perfecting the perfect cup of coffee.
