This workshop demonstrates Pressbooks as a tool to crowdsource textbook writing by harnessing students expertise of what they don’t know as a powerful motivator to engage them as co-authors in content generation.
The Reading Memo and Incubator Hypothesis pedagogies merge in this learner-centered activity by empowering students to become central to their own training and partner with faculty to communicate course content in accessible textbook format.
