Postdocs & Graduate Students: develop your mentoring skills in the sciences using the CIMER Entering Mentoring approach. This evidence-based curriculum has been shown to be outstanding for diverse mentees.

This workshop is NOT a lecture, but instead interactive mentor training that engages mentors in collective problem solving. You will participate through activities, assignments, case studies, and facilitated discussions to solve mentoring dilemmas and share successful mentorship strategies.
