Faculty Institute

The Faculty Institute is recommended for all faculty who will be teaching in a distance program. Beginning with the 2013 Fall Term, completion of the Faculty Institute is required for adjunct faculty who will be teaching in a distance program.

Learn how to make the best use of technology to enhance teaching. This online workshop takes 7 – 10 hours and may be viewed at your own pace. Topics covered include:

• Pedagogically sound methods for delivering materials online
• Sakai – experience it from the student perspective
• Online classroom management – timesaving techniques
